Can't activate R2, CSM Needed for Activation

So i was able to create and activate R2 for my main free account directly long ago, by having my account verified and add my CC to enable billing and i’m all set. But there’s this information when i tried accessing R2 from a different account at my office, “To enable R2 contact your Customer Success Manager.” as far as i know CSM is for enterprise only? Or did i miss a page.

I am also in exactly a similar situation. Also, there is no link on the website to find CSM.

I got it working after refreshing page for 4-5 times. I don’t know really why it worked but it worked for me. After refreshing multiple time I was redirected to billing page to enable R2.
