What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

1. Uninstall reinstall Cloudlfare Wordpress plugin
2. Swtich off WP-Rocket
3. Clear WP Rocket and Cloudflare cache

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
