There is an unknown connection issue between Cloudflare and the origin web server. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.

What is the issue you’re encountering

I can’t access the above site since about 4-5 days ago - but only when I try to access from Australia or New Zealand.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

• I get the same timeout and eventual 520 error message in multiple browsers - Chrome, Edge, Firefox.
• I get the same error when connected to my home Wifi connection, or via mobile 5G connection (both in Australia - different providers)
• I get the same error when attempting to access via an Australian or New Zealand VPN
• I do not get the error - and the site loads as normal, when connecting via UK, US, Malaysian or Indonesian VPN

I’ve never had this issue accessing this site before (from Australia or the UK) over several years. Only started within the last few days.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

• Connect to an Australian or New Zealand VPN (or be physically located in those countries)
• Attempt to visit the domain stated above.
• Wait for timeout and eventual 520 error.

You’ll need to get a hold of their site owner, they, or their host has likely misconfigured something

Thanks - yeah I’ve managed to message them and they’re looking into it. I’m not the only person in Australia having issues with the site.

Yeah you’re right I can’t access it from here in Perth either
