Can't access videos from R2

Hi.
My domain got limited due to video streaming served on the website. So I want to move to R2. But unfortunately all videos from R2 that being accessed from custom domain are being served with an error:

This video has been restricted . Streaming video from Cloudflare’s basic service is a violation of the Terms of Service. Please visit cfl.re/tos to learn more.

I have seen others who have had similar problem and finally solved it, is there anyone who can help me?

You should have had a ticket created, and you should respond with the URL getting the ToS violation.

videotest.playtoys.tv is my r2 custom domain, and all m3u8 file under this domain can’t be accessed.By the way, this restriction should be at the account level, as I have not used r2 before, and have never used this subdomain.
