Can't access to the domain from certain type of connection

Hello,
We have two domains managed by Cloudflare. Let’s say A and B.
For domain A, it is accessible from home connection but not from a mobile connection.
Additionally, for domain B it is inaccessible from both from home and mobile connection.
Could you give us any advise? We have never face this kind of issue before.
Solving this issue would help thousands of companies paying money to their employees and suppliers.
