Cant access site after DNS change

Ive changed DNS in my registrar (namecheap) to point to cloudflare’s DNS addresses
5 hours later,
I can access the site successfully from my win10 laptop.
however i cannot access it from a win7 PC or mobile(2 different devices).
I tried flushing DNS, restart, changed DNS to googles IPs 8.8.8.8, 4.4.4.4

any ideas?

The error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS is most often caused by using the Flexible SSL setting in your Cloudflare settings. If you change that to Full (strict) you should be good.

Im currently using Letsencrypt. will it still work in Full (strict) mode?

You can use any publicly trusted certificate (like that from LetsEncrypt) or a Cloudflare Origin Certificate.

Ive just changed SSL to Full (strict)
appreciate it if you can verify that you can reach the site from your location
