I’ve bought a pro plan from Cloudflare but when I try to change the speed optimization settings I still see “Upgrade to Pro”.
I’ve been trying to solve this issue by opening a support ticket in September. However, I think I’m only writing with robots because I always get the same answer : “We have escalated this issue to our Billing Engineering Team and will get back to you as soon as possible with additional information.”
I have been trying to get a working pro plan for three months now.
@urenz1196 the reply you received on the ticket is accurate and you were speaking to one of our Billing team. This is waiting on our Engineering team to find & fix the problem and they’ll update you on the ticket as soon as it is resolved.
Thank you for replying. Why does it take so long until my pro plan is activated? I thought I could access the pro features right after I paid for the service. I have been a happy Cloudflare customer for the last 5 years. But now I’m really disappointed.
Normally it would be instant but in this case clearly something unusual has happened - we’ll find and fix the problem and will update your ticket when it is done.
