Cant access my account and no help from support

Hello, I cannot access my other account because I forgot my password, when I click on forget my password and enter the email, the email never arrives. I waited a week and there is no recovery email, not in the spam box, not in any other place.
Also, I write to support a week ago and did not get any answer from them too, this is one of the worst support experiences I have ever seen. Now I am stuck on migrating my domains to a new VPS server but cannot complete it because I cannot access my Cloudflare account.
Knowing that Arvixe owns Cloudflare now I take this as a red flag and will run away from this company as fast as I possibly can.

Does NYSE know about this?
