Can't access domains after updating Google email

What is the issue you’re encountering

I switched my primary domain within Google Workspace and my email domain, now when signing in to CF with Google SSO I can’t access the domains I had on the previous domain. I think the domains are still connected to the old email address even though I signed in with the same Google account.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to sign back in to using the previous email, but since I originally signed in with Google SSO, it says the previous email account does not exist.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Have a google account within Google Workspace. Create a CF account using Google SSO with that account. Update Google Workspace account domain to another domain. Sign back in to CF using Google SSO. Account is now new email address and is acting like a completely new account, unable to access any domains from the previous email even though its connected to the same Google account.

Currently, the domain versussportswear.com is active in different Cloudflare account, might be your previous email address. Kindly be informed that the email account will not automatically change if you’ve changed the primary domain for your email.

We recommend you to initiate to click “Forgot your password?” link on dashboard portal. Once the password is reset, you can manually login using previous email address with a new password on the dashboard.
