I came across this part on the support doc, which is surprising to me as there’s no direction to a solution:
If you created your Cloudflare account using Apple Relay and decide to change your Apple ID or email address, you will be unable to retrieve the Cloudflare account and all login options are permanently lost.
It would be nice to have a link out to account support on that page.
Since I still receive my weekly digest to another mail address and payments are also processed, the only issue seems the lost login. I really hope we can find the correct support member who can fix this soon.
Indeed, thats the exact same issue I‘m experiencing. I‘m using the same apple id account as before.
I hope @cloonan can help in my case as well and flag my ticket.
I’m waiting now since 4 total weeks after my first request to get this urgent issue resolved! Why don’t I get even a reply or comment from any Cloudflare staff here on the forum or via mail on how to proceed?
