Former IT person has 100% of our login credentials for our free Cloudflare account. Account login email address certainly is no longer active. Suggestions on how to access our account?
More than likely, you won’t be able to unless you know that account email (sounds like you do) and can re-activate that email. If so, you can do a password reset to gain access, add other members to the account and at some point replace the superadmin with one of the members you can control.
Other option is to add the zone (domain) to the account you are using here and change the nameservers at your registrar. That process sounds easier, but will have gotchas in the form of lost records and settings that will trigger more work. First option seems easier…and we can help as much as possible along the way.
