Can't access a website created by myself

I got an error like this while linking to a gleam site I created. Even though I ticked the capcha verification box, it still reported failure and made me repeat the ticking process I don’t know why. Please help me and tell me why I can’t get to my page. Thank you very much

• Do you have any browser extension?: Yes I have some extra extension.
• What antivirus do you have? Does it have any sort of firewall?: I have anti-virus software installed, but haven’t turned it on, just using the default of windows 10
• Did the issue start to occur recently?: No, the problem happened 1-2 months ago, but now I really need help.
