Can't able to secure subdomain site using cloudflare's private and public keys only

I am deploying discourse app in digital ocean’s droplet,
not able to understand how to do below step with Cloudflare:
cat “Your PositiveSSL Certificate” “Intermediate CA Certificate” “Intermediate CA Certificate” >> ssl.crt

Currently used some other ssl provider, but I want Cloudflare’s ssl in both of my main and subdomain site.
