Before moving to Cloudflare, was your Website working over HTTPS connection?

Have you tried using any of the available online tools for DNS propagation check for your domain name yet? For example:

Furthermore, if you recently changed your domain nameservers, regular DNS propagation time usually takes up to 24-48 hours to complete.

May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?

May I ask if this behaviour continues even when Cloudflare is in “Pause” mode for your domain? :thinking:

You could determine if this behaviour continues even by using a “Pause” option at Cloudflare as follows:

  1. Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  2. The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
  3. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS.
  4. Re-try with updating.
  5. Upon success, un-pause and continue using Cloudflare.

If your server’s firewall is open to all IPs, test that it is reachable by entering your IP here:

https://tcp.ping.pe/1.2.3.4:443

replace 1.2.3.4 with your server IP. Make sure your SSL Encryption mode on Cloudflare Full (Strict) if your origin server has a valid SSL cert installed.

Once you have things working, it’s recommended to configure the firewall to only accept TCP connections from Cloudflare for your web server ports (80 and 443):
