What is the issue you’re encountering

I have an urgent ticket open regarding the suspention of my Cloudflare account. I’ve not recieved any response to this ticket, and when I try to view it in “My Activities”, I get redirected to a page that says “Cannot locate dashboard account”. I’m extremely frustrated by this, as I have urgent business needs that require this issue is resolved.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve followed all steps I could find online, including switching to incognito mode, signing out and signing back in, and trying a different browser. Nothing has worked.

Go to “Support” → “My Activities”. Instead of taking me to the portal where I can view my open support ticket, it logs me out and redirects me to a page that says “Cannot locate dashboard account”.

How did you find out that your account was suspended? Did it provide instructions for following up on the issue?

I received an email letting me know that it was suspended due to “a possible Terms of Service violation”. I believe this happened because I missed their email telling me to verify my purchase through Stripe.

The email also let me know I could reach out [email protected] for further assistance. I’ve done so, but received no response.

Ok, then that is the correct course of action. Opening Support Tickets is not the correct way to handle this issue. It just slows down everybody else who needs technical support.
