What is the issue you’re encountering
I am trying to upgrade to Workers Paid, but the Cloudflare Workers dashboard says I am already subscribed. The subscriptions and billing dashboard, as well as services which require a Workers Paid plan, say that I am not.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have attempted to upgrade to Workers Paid, but cannot.
I created a support ticket on 9th November, last update to it (besides me) was two weeks after that. Issue not resolved, still cannot upgrade to Workers Paid.
I have checked and I do not have any outstanding invoices.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Try to use a service which requires a Cloudflare Workers Paid subscription, e.g. Hyperdrive, from either the Wrangler CLI or the Cloudflare Dashboard.
- I see either an error (in the CLI) or a message (in the dashboard) stating that I need to upgrade to Workers Paid.
- Go to the Workers dashboard; it was that I have Workers Paid plan (but I do not).
- Try to upgrade to Workers Paid; the dashboard says I can only downgrade to the Free Plan as I already have Workers Paid (I don’t).
- Subscriptions and billing dashboard says there is no Workers Paid plan to cancel.
