i pay a money with PayPal and The money has been deducted from my account but my domain didnt upgrade to pro panel
i want to change my plan to pro but it didnt
what’s the problem? remove money from my paypal

I’d suggest you to write a ticket to Cloudflare support due to your account and/or domain issue and share the ticket number here with us so we could escalate this issue by using the method
Support > Contact Cloudflare option and select “Billing” as described from below:
- Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button. If you get automatic reply, reply and indicate to it you need more help and reference to this topic.
You might be offered to switch to the new Customer Support Portal and create a ticket there.
