Payment Processor is not taking card for unknown reason. Card issuer no holds. Card information is correct. This has been ongoing since July 17th. This is not a good first impression for an organization that wants to get established with your service and tools.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried incognito.
3 different browsers.
Cleared Cache and Cookies.
Ensured Card is valid by issuer
tried card at other merchants

Just use any card and the same thing will happen…

Based on your description and the fact that you have posted your ticket ID, this should already be on the customer support team’s radar. There isn’t much that the community can do to help.
