Cannot update nameservers

I just purchased a domain through Cloudfare. Then I received an email asking me to login to where I purchased my domain and delete and update nameservers. Well, there is no option to do this! Their instructions give no means to unlock this and lead to a dead end. And I can’t contact support without subscribing to a monthly plan.

When you buy a domain through Cloudflare, it should automatically be setup with the correct name servers. Does the zone say otherwise?

You are correct. But it wants me to reassign to another set of Cloudfare servers. And I keep getting errors when I try to do that.

If you purchased your domain through Cloudflare then it should already be setup to the correct nameservers of the account. Are you seeing a mismatch there?
