What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The domain expires on March 12 2026, no contact details have been changed since it was imported in 2023. When I click unlock, I receive the error “Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support for assistance” and when I click “Confirm and unlock” I receive an error at the bottom of the page stating “Cannot unlock do to transfer lock period”

Hi @collier I see https://icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited on your domain, can you let the Registrar team know this on a ticket and ask if they can remove that icann hold?
