Cannot transfer domain name from Godaddy?

Hello there

I unlocked my domain domain and got the transfer code from the Godaddy website after waiting 60 days, but still Cloudflare indicate not supported, why?

I am the only one who is not able to transfer his domaine from godaddy?

Transferring a domain was not suppose to be a right and a standard?
We buy the domain we are suppose to be able to do whatever we want with it.

What’s the TLD? If it’s a ccTLD, like .co, then it’s not supported yet.

The TLD is .ca
