Cannot transfer domain: invalid auth code

I’m trying to transfer my .io domain to cloudflare registrar but it always tells me the auth code is invalid.

This is the error message in the console:

What can I do to resolve this? The auth code should be correct

The domain is already on Cloudflare I presume, right?

Double check the authorisation code with the current registrar and make sure there are no leading or trailing whitespaces. Best is to type it manually.

Should that not work, open a support ticket.
