I have been trying to transfer my domain, < > dot us, to another Cloudflare account. I’ve got to the stage where I would need to ‘unlock [the] domain’ and disable DNSSEC. I have attempted both of these but neither seem to be functional. The DNSSEC box claims it will take up to 24 hours but I have been waiting more than a week now. The unlock domain button also does not work and says “Something went wrong. Please try again.” If it helps the PUT request that the button sends returns a 422. Thanks.

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community.
Does that mean that your domain is currently using Cloudflare as the registrar?
If your domain is using Cloudflare Registrar, you will need to transfer your domain to another registrar
You will then be able to add it it to another Cloudflare account.
thanks
Yes im currently using cloudflare as my registrar.
So is there no way to just hand over controll of the domain to another cloudflare account without transfering out and then back into cloudflare?
That is correct. It’s an unfortunate limitation of the current registrar system at Cloudflare.
Any advice on why Im unable to unlock the domain? The domain is actorp dot us if that helps.

Was that update a change that could put your domain into a 60 day transfer-lock period?
