Cannot successfully set CNAME from aws WorkMail configuration value

Before asking, did you search first? Press :mag: at the upper right to search.
I use aws workMail to setup my business email. But when I setup the CNAME configuration it shows issues.

On aws console, it let me set CNAM with a “”, then give the value of “”.

But when I add these two values on Cloudflare DNS record, it shows wrong, no CNAME records found by aws.

I even use @ to replace the name and close the proxy. But it doesn’t work.

How to solve it?

If something is looking for a CNAME record, it needs to be :grey: DNS Only.
