As an experiment, I just attempted a subscription. I got the “You’ve been subscribed” message, though I’m surprised I didn’t get an opt-in email. Time will tell if my subscription request went through.
Thanks for the recommendation. My personal (non-work) Cloudflare account is free so I don’t think I can open a ticket unless it’s related to billing or something like that🥲

Okay so that didn’t work
I’ve replied, so hopefully it won’t get lost!
I hear the ticket’s been reopened and will be looked at.
And I see there’s a new blog post today, for which I did not get an email notification. I guess it’s not working. Let us know how the ticket turns out.
Update: Support got me to check my email settings on my Cloudflare account and all the contents were unticked. I’ve ticked some/all of it now. So this might be fixed, we’ll see.
Not super obvious! Don’t recall changing those settings. Hopefully this fixed it and people in the same situation might find this post.
Update: That didn’t seem to solve it. Support response is understandably slow. If anyone has any ideas let me know.
