Cannot sign up.
1st I have to choose a payment method for the free account. When I click on the payment method I get a blank screen:
Since there are no payment detail to fill in this screen, when I click next nothing happens.

Annoying bug, I agree.
There’s a workaround though, add your card under core dash (https://dash.cloudflare.com/ <account tag> /billing/payment-info) 
I have escalated this issue to support, in the meantime for anyone else reading the thread please follow the workaround here:
