Transferring domain between cloudflare accounts cannot be done.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

From the source account, disable the DNSSEC of the domain to be transferred.
In the target account, try to create the website. It says that NS records need to be changed for this domain, but in the source account, there is no way to do that.

Ahh, i see.
I dont need to FINISH the adding web site processing. Leave the “Invalid nameservers” status there and start the domain transfer is acceptable.

After you’re done with the prep work, you’ll have to open a support ticket for the Cloudflare Registrar team to actually move the domain to the new account. That’s all explained in the above support article.
