Cannot send email out or into server after changing over

I added my site to Cloudflare, resolve the conflicting MX entries, but cannot send email from or too the site.

I get error 550 5.1.1. How to troubleshoot?
I’ve added a catch all, toggled it off/on a number of times. I’ve tried adding accounts to the server to test different email addresses.
