Also, cannot send to my own account as a test. There is no rejection message. I created DKIM and SPF records as told to do so.
It seems there might be an issue with your email setup. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Verify your SPF and DKIM records are correctly set up in your DNS settings. You can use online tools like MXToolbox to check your records. Please make sure not to include the quotation marks in your record as many times they can be interpreted as part of the DKIM or SPF record.
- Check if your email server is configured to allow attachments. Some servers have size limits or restrictions on attachments.
- Ensure that your email client is not blocking attachments. Check the settings or try a different email client to test.
- If possible, check the email server logs for any errors when sending emails with attachments.
- Contact your email service provider for assistance if the issue persists, as they may have specific restrictions or configurations that are causing the problem.
If you’re still unable to send emails with attachments, please provide more details about the error messages you’re receiving, if any, and any additional steps you’ve taken.
