Cannot select product from dropdown menu when configuring billing notifications

I’m guessing that if you navigate to Billing → Subscriptions that the Subscriptions is also blank. Do you currently have any usage based billing products active on your account?

Yes. The system notified me to create one.

Can you share a screenshot of what you received? Did it notify you to “create notifications” or to “purchase a product”? I am curious you can only configure to be notified about usage based billing for a product you use. So without an active subscription, there is no notification option as seen on the screen you shared.
