CANNOT see the verify TXT record

My website used to run smoothly in cloudflare. A few hours ago, the website suddenly failed to work. I logged in to the dashboard and found that the system asked me to verify the TXT record, but I couldn’t see any characters in the content. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I’ve not seen that setup before, but right now, the content in your DNS is responding with “cloudflare-verify”, which I guess is incorrect.

The only suggestion I have would be for you to View Page Source in your browser and see if you can find the contents of that text box.

Unfortunately, the F12 developer tool cannot give the content of this area.
I also tried to use the Network tab, but unfortunately I couldn’t find anything about it.

The only two ideas I have left:

  1. Try a different browser
  2. Open a Support Ticket. Maybe others are having this problem.

Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.

I’m currently having this problem. I submitted a support ticket on Tuesday and still to receive a response.
