Can only see my html files in nas web folders mapped to cloudflare sub domains.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I’m ftp’ing html files to my nas web root folders.
pointing cloudflare tunnel to my synology nas
cloudflare dns setup with sub-domains enabling nas web files to be visible externally
just cannot see the index.html in my nas web root when using little-rascal.uk

What steps or otherwise am i missing?

May I ask by what do you mean cannot see?
Do you get error 404?
Or you cannot see the “tree view”, the directory index of the files when you open your URL domain? If so, might be due to the Apache .htaccess not having such enabled:

Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
DirectoryIndex disabled
