@cloonan Sorry but i had to revert my solution… Chat icon is there but after clicking on it it is not displayed in the page with the support form. The webpage cannot load the chat ressources from your side.

Follow these steps to open a ticket. Login, Support → Contact Cloudflare
Select Account and work your way to the bottom of the form. I can no longer see chat in your account which is really odd. On the ticket, please share a link to this topic, Cannot see chat icon.

How is it IMPOSSIBLE to contact cloudflare support on a business plan? This is truly absurd. The chat button does not exist, and the ticket opening form makes you choose “ask the community” as the only option. This is truly unacceptable. For two days I’ve had a problem with an e-commerce site that returns an unknow error when activated via cloudflare proxy (after years of use without problems), and there is no way to talk to cloudflare. This is very serious.
