Trying to renew my domains are all failing with internal errors.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Have used multiple forms of payment - Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal. None work.
Same issue when trying to register a new domain.

Yes, every day since about November when I got my first “failed to autopay” message on a billing method of a credit card that I continue to use everyday.

Can anyone help? I just got a 7 day expiration notice.
I cannot add or change any billing settings since November. Same message each time.

Is there anything else I can do here? I’m getting a warning that the domain will expire in 2 days. Cards or PayPal are not processing when attempting to renew my domains. or even change any billing preferences.

I guess my domain is just going to expire at this point? I feel I must find a new registrar at this point.
Does anyone know if the domain is released immediately following the expiration on my account?

Hi,
There will be a grace period, so typically it will not be released right after expiration.
I have alerted our Billing specialist on this issue. An update will be provided soon.
**Update: Billing has replied, please follow their suggestion accordingly.
