I have revoked users from the Zero Trust “My Team” sections but I cannot remove them. There’s a popup saying remove is successful but the users still stays on that screen. I have tried it since last night and they are still there
You can remove and revoke users however neither will remove them entirely from the system.
Revoking users clears all of their active sessions, and removing a user does just that and also clears up their seat usage.
Although selecting either, they will always persist within the dashboard. You can however hide inactive users from the dashboard via a filter.
