What is the name of the domain?
Test ping time (latency) for different cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, Digital Ocean from your web browser.
What is the issue you’re encountering
Cannot remove CAA Records.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I had similar problem with another domain and was able to solve it by disabling AMP and SGX.
I disabled them for this domain.
I even remove the domain from cloudflare and re-added again.
But even that didnt’t work.
Cloudflare will (automatically) add the necessary CAA
record(s), that allows Cloudflare to obtain new Universal SSL certificates for your domain name, when the Universal SSL service is enabled.
If you do not require Universal SSL , you can disable it over here:

What exact DNS record(s) do you have, with the “Name
” field being exactly “cloudpingtest.com
”?

If you (temporarily) set the third CNAME
record, to Proxied ( ), does the CAA
records go away?
