Cannot received verification email for change of technical/ billing/ registrant contact

I have tried to change the contact name for my domain and when I click “save”, I received a prompted message “The following updated field(s) require a confirmation from the registrant contact. email.” However, I did not receive any message for both my exisiting and new email address. Please do assist.

You will likely need to contact Registrar Support about this. Login & go to and select get more help - select Registrar as the option. Please share your ticket number here so that we can escalate it.
