Cannot receive emails.. but can send out emails

What is the issue you’re encountering

We have set up the email using vcasl.com but it only can send the email but can’t receive any emails.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have tried to send a test email to that email using Outlook, the error code 550 5.1.10 and shows the receipiant address doesn’t exist.

Thank you for contacting Cloudflare support. We suggest that you check with your email provider if MX and SPF records are correct. You may also check it here: https://mxtoolbox.com/ . Since the issue is 550 5.1.10 recipient not found, you may also wanna check if there are no typos or if the recipient email is indeed reachable.

Thank you for your response! I have confirmed that the email address without typos before sending. And I have done the lookup for MX and SPF. Here are the printscreens if you could please help to take a look if there is anything should be revised?


Which email service provider are you currently using to handle emails for your domain? Google Workspace OR Microsoft/Office365(Outlook)?

You’ve configured both services for your domain. You can use ONLY one to receive emails for your domain, and NOT both simultaneously.

So…

  1. Confirm which email service provider you’re actually using
  2. Remove the MX record for the other provider you’re –not– using. (Also remove any other remnant records for this provider you’re no longer using.)
  3. And ensure all your email accounts are created in the service you’re using.
