Cannot Pay Overdue Balance Due to Missing Invoice (Case Number: 01383164)

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am unable to pay an overdue balance of $21.19 due to a missing invoice. This issue occurred because of a bug in Cloudflare’s system, which caused one of my invoices to be deleted. As a result, I cannot proceed with the payment, and my account is stuck in this state.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried multiple times to pay the overdue balance using the payment button in my account, but I keep encountering the error mentioned above.
I submitted two billing support tickets (Case Number: 01383164, 01323157), but since my account is now on the Free plan, my tickets have not been reviewed.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

-Log in to my Cloudflare account.
-Navigate to the Billing section.
-Click on the “Pay” button for the overdue balance.
-The error message appears: Try again later. The requested invoice was not found at this time.
