I need to make a payment on invoice IN-1102008. The link has expired. I need a new one to make the payment.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I opened the case 01032475 on 8/13/2024.
I got no reply from the support team depite my multiple reminders.

I just need a new link to make my payment.

Go into the unpaid invoice (IN-1102008), click on “Pay online”.
