If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
I need to upgrade to the Pro plan. There is one invoice (IN-2703748) that I didn’t pay which its link expired. My plan now is free, so I can’t create a ticket, so I opened the Case # : 01481973. But no reply at all. Despite the long time passed, I’m stuck. I can’t do anything now. If I try to upgrade to the pro plan, it says, “Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. The zone cannot be upgraded at this time”. Also on the card, it says, " We weren’t able to change your plan at the moment, please try again later".
