click “get more help” go through the steps and select my Cloudflare account that is on a “pro” plan. but the final step has no option to open a support ticket. see screenshot:

Hello there - that definitely shouldn’t be happening - I’m going to open a ticket directly with you so we can gather more information from you.
I asked on our ticket but for anyone else reporting this problem - in the worse case would take up to 1 hour after the upgrade for you to be able to submit a ticket. I think you only upgraded this morning - so if you try again, I think this should be fine now - but let us know if not.
