Cannot login to my account

Hello, I’m using my corporative email for my cloudflare’s account but I don’t receive any email from Cloudflare. I need the authorization code but I don’t receive it. What can I do?

I tried also to restore my password just for checking if I receive the email but nothing. I just don’t understand.

The email provider I’m using is Ionos. And it was working fine until some weeks ago. I called them and they told me the email is working fine.
