Cannot login or sign up in other account

i have another account which using pro plan. I cant login or sign up in community. How do i submit complaint to Cloudflare about the issue.

That sounds like something has broken inside the single sign on sync for your account. I will DM you and we can get this fixed.

So in this case, you had previously used this e-mail address with another Cloudflare dashboard account which also had a community account and then changed that e-mail to belong to a new dashboard account. When this happens, the SSO sync between the Dashboard & Community can get broken - we then have to get this fixed manually.

This should be working now.
