Cannot log into my business account and cannot contact support

I have an account for a business that I am working on renewing Lasohealthusa/lasohealth. When trying to log in, the MFA verification email does not come in. I have run traces on the email server and nothing has tried to come in. I cannot log in, so I cannot put a ticket in under the account. How can I get access back to my account before my domains expire?
