What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Hello, I am asssisting my customer on site registration isssues with Cloudflare. I cannot see submitted case #01434918 and we cannot reply to the ticket. On clicking visit my cases, I am getting “Cannot locate dashboard account” it is a Pro account.
I have logged directly with customer`s account, also granted myself admin permissions and super admin, all lead to “Cannot locate dashboard account”
We are in rush, because we cannot solve the problem with the domain bought form the Cloudflare, it is not being displayed on her account, and we have 13 days before domain gets deleted. Please assist.
Make sure you are in the correct Cloudflare account for the domain. Customer showed me the screenshot of mail buying domain, I am in that Cloudflare account, however I am not able to see that domain in Domain registration menu. Maybe she could pass any verification steps to get that domain? She is a bit mixed up in her accounts, so it might be that domain is at another Cloudflare account, but I am checking form the Cloudflare account that has the same mailbox name as her mailbox, where she got a mail regarding site ordering.
