I get “Cannot locate dashboard account” when I try to open Support portal. Because of that I can’t deal with my 01463277 ticket

There is an issue at the moment with locating submitted tickets.

You will have had an email in response when you raised the ticket, or for any later responses. Simply reply to the last email to respond to the ticket.

Thank you! I’ve replied to the last email. Should I just wait for new emails? I still can’t get to Support Portal.

I’m getting the exact same issue. Just upgraded to business for live tech help, and can’t access the Support portal. When I reply by email to the tickets, I get no response. Created multiple tickets, and just got AI responses. Did you end up getting this resolved @deponian?
