Cannot invite user as admin on specific domains

This error is seen when the user/s you are attempting to invite do not have domain scoped roles enabled on their account. As we progressively move accounts over to the new domain scoped roles you should not encounter this error. For those folks who are still having this issue with Error 1005 please raise a ticket via https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Account > Account Management > Identity and Access Management > Domain scoped roles and our team may be able to apply a workaround for you to unblock you.
