Cannot Invite Member To My Account?


I have set up my account, and am trying to invite a member to help manage my account as an admin.

I went to the members page and entered in their email address. An invitation email was sent to that address, which was opened and provides a link to accept the invitation. The links take me to a page asks immediately to sign in; without the request to accept the invitation or set up any other log-in details.

I cannot login via this page as I do not have a password to sign in with, and the password for my main account does not work. From my main account, it tells me that the invite has been sent to the other email, but the invite accept is still pending.

NOTE: I am not an enterprise level account.

What am I missing? Has anyone else had this same issue?
