I am not able to go from Pro plan to Business plan. The current subscription (yearly Pro) is marked as cancelled and ending on June 2025. I had imagined I would get a prorated diff invoice. I have opened a Cloudflare support ticket but the response was off and I am still in Pro plan. The ticket number is #01259459

You need to change the plan on the overview tab and select monthly in the top right corner. Were you there or on some other screen?
Helpful to check and to understand if you’re on the period of the renew of your current plan type or not?:
The alternative is to cancel the current plan and subscribe again with the correct billing cycle. Cancellations are only processed by the end of the billing period, so your plan will not be downgraded.

Hello, case 01259459 was closed and cannot be reopened. However, we have not received any response from you. You need to raise a new case and monitor it closely, as our billing agent might request some information from you.
I was not able to respond because the ticketing system is not working (always being redirect to Cloudflare Dashboard homepage) and it’s not possible to respond to your mails.
The ticket cannot be reopened but the case is still not fixed. I cannot wait for one year the end of my current plan (June 2025) before beginning to a Business Plan (monthly payments) which I am willing to pay for. A prorated time invoice is a standard way of dealing with this.
Do I need to give other information for this to be taken into account?
I have been doing the standard steps to upgrade my subscription for the specific domain we are talking about. Because it’s a change from yearly Pro Plan to monthly Business Plan means waiting for 1 year before going to Business Plan. It seems to me that I have done everything right (as you described it) and I am now stuck with a to-be-cancelled ongoing Pro Plan that will be replaced by a Busines Plan in June 2025. I would like to get the Business Plan as soon as possible, as you may have understood.
